Jane has had a passionate interest in the culinary arts for the past fifteen years. During this time, she has acquired extensive experience cooking in restaurants and residences and catering. From 1982 to 1986, she traveled throughout the Mediterranean, cooking her way through most of the countries and learning the various cuisines. In 1987, she graduated from Tante Marie's Cooking School here in San Francisco. Additionally, she served an apprenticeship at Greens Restaurant. For the past several years, she has specialized in the
catering of gourmet vegetarian meals. Fresh, natural ingredients (organic
whenever possible) prepared authentically, are the basis of her cooking
